Notice of Capital Reduction

UD Trucks Corporation will reduce its capital from 77.5 billion yen to 10 billion yen on January 1, 2024 in order to optimize capital in accordance with the size of the company within the Isuzu Group.

The period for the publication of creditors' objections to this capital reduction is from November 13 to December 13, 2023.

There will be no change in the terms and conditions of transactions with our business partners as a result of the capital reduction.
